Democrats Meet the Moment: A Communications Workshop for Collier Dems Training

As political dynamics shift, we are seeing more individuals who previously voted Republican begin to reconsider their choices. Many of these voters are now exploring the Democratic Party and attending our events, including Meet and Greets.

As representatives of the Collier County Democratic Party during our activities, it is essential that we are prepared to engage with all attendees—especially those who are newly curious—with respect, openness, and confidence.

This workshop will help us develop effective communication strategies to foster welcoming and productive conversations.

The session will be led by Janet Hoffman, a retired educator with a background in conflict management. Janet has facilitated workshops across Collier County and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this important work.
