Training/Volunteer Opportunity

 How to get started: Two opportunities to get trained in Third Party Voter Registration and Deep Dive Voter Registration are coming up near term.  Two sessions have been set up so that you can sign up for the one that's most convenient for you.  The first part of each session will feature Alexis Dorman, State Chair of Voter Registration for the FDP, who will cover Third Party Voter Registration, or 3PVRO, and this will last approximately 30-45 minutes.  You must be certified to participate in 3PVRO activities.  The second part of the session will be conducted by Katie McNutt, our Chair of Voter Registration, and will go into detail about all Collier County Voter Registration and Vote-By-Mail, petitions, tabling, canvassing, former felon support, volunteer recruitment and other local activities.  This can be a good refresher even if you're experienced at voter registration, important for precinct leaders to hear. Once  you’ve completed the  training, we can plug you in to upcoming events and outreach.There are plenty of opportunities to participate—from canvassing to tabling at community events—and we’ll make sure you’re supported every step of the way.
